Parcel Relay rules: rotate rows and deliver the parcel
One button turns a whole row. Connect the start, the numbered stops and the finish, then send your parcel. All 50 routes are free and untimed.
Your delivery goal
Parcel Relay is a single-player track puzzle. The parcel enters the top-left square from the left. Connect tracks so it visits every numbered stop in ascending order and leaves the bottom-right square through its right edge, at the flag. There are no hidden conditions. The 50 routes span five difficulties: Beginner (4 × 3, 8 routes), Intermediate (4 × 4, 8), Challenge (5 × 5, 8), Expert (6 × 6, 13) and Master (8 × 8, 13). The last two groups have four and five ordered stops.
Turn the row, keep the stops
Click or tap the round arrow beside a row. Every track in that row rotates 90° clockwise; tiles do not move between squares. Empty squares remain empty. The parcel entrance, finish exit and stop numbers do not rotate. Each click adds one turn.
Use Tab to focus a row arrow, Enter or Space to rotate it, and Up or Down to move focus between row arrows. Individual squares are not buttons.

Check and complete a route
The lit line previews how far the parcel can travel. Straight and curved tracks each have two ends; neighboring ends must meet. Press Send parcel to check the route. A broken connection, wrong exit, loop, missed stop or out-of-order stop does not complete the route. Adjust the tracks and try again. There is no timer or attempt limit, and unused tracks do not need to connect.
Undo, restart and hints
Undo restores the preceding track position but does not subtract turns already used. Up to the latest 256 rotations can be undone. Start over resets the board, turns and hint count for a new attempt, while keeping completed routes and best results.
A hint identifies one clockwise row turn on a shortest solution from your current board. It does not rotate the tracks for you. Using a hint marks this attempt as assisted. A route can have more than one solution. Minimum turns are computed from the complete set of valid row orientations, and your best without hints is stored separately.
Daily delivery and challenge links
The daily puzzle changes at 00:00 UTC. Today’s versioned algorithm selects from routes 17–50 in Challenge, Expert and Master, and changes the initial row orientations. Older daily links retain their original puzzle. These are remixes, not a newly authored board every day. Everyone opening the same daily link gets the same starting puzzle. An open attempt stays unchanged across midnight.
Share challenge copies a public game link with a fixed route or date. A completed result includes turns and whether hints were used, but not your solution or saved progress. This is an asynchronous individual challenge; results are local and are not verified rankings. Native sharing or clipboard access may depend on the browser; manual copying is also available.
Progress, devices and privacy
Current tracks, turns, hints, undo history and best results are stored in this browser when local storage is available. There is no account or cross-device sync. Clearing browser data loses this progress; you can also clear it in Your progress. Fixed route records and up to 90 recent daily records are retained. Without storage, the game still works for the current page session.
Switching language, theme or fullscreen preserves the current puzzle. Once loaded, the puzzle rules run locally; a connection is needed to load other website pages. The site can count anonymous starts, first completions and successful share or copy calls under its privacy settings. These counts do not identify unique players or prove that recipients opened a link.
